It does mean it's balanced atop his head if Miles' standing or sitting. ]

[ When Miles reaches for a touch, the mystery object isn't there. There's only air, an empty space, because an annoying someone lifts it when he sees those fingers search for purchase. None for this prosecutor. To assure him that these aren't haunting illusions dogging at his heels for another sleepless night, there's a familiar voice that goes heeeeeee~eeeeeeeeeh behind him—perhaps it would be better if this was a hallucination.
If that hand retracts at all, the mass is placed back on the top of his head like this spot is its throne, its birthright. This little game will continue as long as there's no outright acknowledgement, in any sense. Gojou doesn't mind masquerading as a ghost. ]
[he just. closes his eyes and tries to remain calm and not immediately swat his hand at the offensive air. this continues for a bit, every time miles reaches back the object is removed and he finally loses patience after about two minutes of this before he speaks up.]
[ The fact that Miles is entertaining this for even two minutes is more patience than Gojou anticipated. With the question, he rests the box back on his head for another second, then gently proffers it below, within view.
