He glances back when Vash answers and his expression is a little bit steeled -- not in a cold way, but seeing everything on there makes him want to put down some anchors before he feels like slipping into something. He'll get up first and walk around slightly to the side of the table, a bit closer than just standing across from him, waiting for the other to stand up. ]
[ They really do bicker and spit insults at each other like children, knowing a portion of it is empty casings in the heat of the moment. Right now though, Vash feels a certain way. It's definitely the second death atop the first, the strange emotions of having to steel himself because the dead weren't gone forever... But when they returned home, that could be untrue. There's also just trying to get used to life, even though it isn't that different from how this all began, but there are no dark clouds overhead. It signifies a number of things, bittersweet.
