but... he did ask him what was stopping him. he posed a challenge of sorts, and the stupid cat who wants his attention acted on it so... he should praise him a little.
and he does. by leaning forward a little and nipping at the tip of his ear. affectionately. ]

Would it be all right if he pulls Rai's fluffy tail closer to him? He's going to do that and hold it, running through his fingers through his fur. Is he shedding? ]
