but... he did ask him what was stopping him. he posed a challenge of sorts, and the stupid cat who wants his attention acted on it so... he should praise him a little.

he makes a sound in the back of his throat and, just barely, nips him a little harder. but he isn't pulling the tail away, and there's no sign of annoyance from that. ]
